PHASE ZERO: Preparation
Upon acceptance of our proposal, you sign a Letter of Agreement and submit your deposit. That’s our cue to get started.
PHASE ONE: Onboarding
We’ll schedule an Onboarding Call to answer any questions and ensure we have everything we need to proceed.
PHASE TWO: Strategy
Based on your preferences we provide you with selected website design concepts to choose from.
If you are providing your own website content, we review it and provide feedback as needed — otherwise, we begin content creation at this point.
PHASE THREE: Design and Development
If you intend to launch a Google Ads campaign upon website completion, we also build your dedicated AdGroup landing pages.
You will be able to experience your website and request refinements via our Demo Site.
PHASE FOUR: Launch
As soon as the site is live, we run a thorough performance check to ensure all links and functionality are working properly, and configure your Google Analytics and Search Console accounts if required.
PHASE FIVE: Results & Growth
At this point, most clients choose to continue with our long-term maintenance and support options.
Those who want to start driving traffic to their website may also choose to pursue a complete SEO campaign, a Google Ads campaign, or both — which we are able to launch as soon as the new website goes live.

Frequently Asked Website Questions
Is web hosting included in your website development or monthly maintenance plans?
We do not offer hosting services in-house, so you will need to set up your own hosting account in order for us to take your new website live.
There are many hosting options to choose from. We have tested many of them and prefer SiteGround. They are very affordable, strong on speed and security, and don’t “nickel-and-dime” you on SSL certificates or new email accounts (as many other hosting services do).
They also have exceptional customer service, which is worth the price alone in our opinion!
What Payment Options Do You Offer?
If you choose to pay incrementally, we require:
- 20% to secure your spot on our waiting list (first come, first serve)
- 40% at project start
- 40% upon delivery (website goes live)
If you choose to pay everything up front, enjoy 10% off your project quote!
